Our products
We sell digital products — downloadable templates, spreadsheets, planners and similar files. Products are delivered digitally. All purchases are made through our Etsy shop and are also subject to Etsy's terms.
Licence
Unless stated otherwise on the product, each purchase includes a single-business commercial licence: you may use and edit the files for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, share, redistribute or give away the files (edited or not), or pass them off as your own for resale.
Intellectual property
All designs, files and content on this site remain the property of Template Collective. Buying a product grants you a licence to use it, not ownership of the underlying design.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use our content unlawfully.
Liability
Our products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of our products or site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
