Our products are digital, downloadable files delivered instantly through Etsy. Please read product descriptions carefully before buying.
Digital goods
Because our products are digital and available to download immediately, they are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed. Under UK consumer law, the right to cancel digital downloads can be waived once delivery has begun — which happens as soon as the file is available to you after purchase.
Something wrong?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a file is faulty, won't open, or is not as described, contact us within 14 days at hello@templatecollectiveco.com with your Etsy order number and we'll put it right — usually by fixing the file or, where appropriate, offering a replacement or refund.
How refunds are handled
As all sales are processed through Etsy, any refund is issued through Etsy in line with Etsy's buyer policy. Reaching out to us directly is usually the quickest way to sort any issue.
