About the Weekly Meal Planner

Save time, money and the daily “what’s for dinner?” stress with a simple weekly meal planner. Plan your meals for the week, build your shopping list from them, and shop once instead of making expensive daily trips.

Lay out breakfasts, lunches and dinners for the week, note the ingredients you need, and head to the shops with a clear list. Planning ahead cuts food waste, keeps your budget in check and makes healthy eating far easier.

Built in Excel and Google Sheets with a clean, friendly layout, it works on any device so you can check your plan or list from your phone in the shop.
